My stay at Condo 331 was absolutely wonderful. The condo was spotless, spacious, and uncluttered, with all the amenities I needed to feel completely at home. The furniture was very comfortable, and the mattress was honestly one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware, which made it easy to prepare my own meals during my stay. I especially loved relaxing on the back patio and taking in the beautiful morning and evening skies. The condo faces the sunrise, making it a particularly peaceful place to begin the day. Even though Summer House is a large condominium property, the condo felt incredibly quiet and private. I had complete privacy when I wanted it while still being close to everything I needed. The beach was genuinely only about a two-minute walk away, and the condo was within easy driving distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions. Parking was extremely convenient, with a guest space directly in front of the condo. Check-in at the front desk was easy and seamless, and the Summer House staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The condo’s roomy layout would be especially comfortable for a family or group traveling together. It’s clear that the owners truly care about their guests and take great pride in keeping the space clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again and am already planning my return trip to Florida!
