The property is comprised of 256 condos built throughout 4 phases and covers almost 26 acres. Each Phase is complemented with its own centrally located pool and common amenities. Each Condominium is uniquely decorated & furnished by our owners.
Summerhouse has over 40 years of memories and family traditions that still today is a second home to local residents, out of state guests, our Snowbirds from the North, and so many others.
