In addition to our stunning beaches, Summerhouse offers a wide array of amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy.

Covered Pavilions and Open Play Grounds

Summerhouse is excited to offer four (4) children play areas with covered pavilions, picnic tables and charcoal BBQ’s.  One located on the North End and one at the South End for the convenience of families.  

We have 4 pavilions with grills and 2 children play areas. I think the wording should be cleaned up as we have 4 pavilions but only 1 children play areas.

Heated and Cooled Pools

Summerhouse has four (4) climate-controlled pools onsite. One (1) in each phase common area and available to everyone. Our pools are capable of BOTH heating and cooling, based on the season, capacity on property, and relevant air temperature. Operation is determined by management.   

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

Challenge your partner or friends to an exciting game of tennis or pickleball.  Summerhouse has four (4) tennis courts and eight (8) pickleball courts.  Bring your own rackets and pickleball paddles to enjoy the fun. 

Note- Summerhouse does have tennis rackets and pickleball paddles in the office; however, they are subject to availability.  

Basketball Court

Enjoy a game of hoops on the south end of the property.

Horseshoes, Shuffleboard, and Cornhole

We have them both so come enjoy!

Boat & RV Storage Area

Is located on the north end of the complex.

Truck/Car & Boat Wash Area

Concreted wash area with 1 hose station.

Clubhouse

We have a wonderful Clubhouse that is available for rent to guests and renters for parties or special occasions. It has a lovely sundeck for beautiful sunsets and lounging available to everyone unless rented or reserved. Fitness Room

Our fitness room is available during business hours. Located in the main office.

Business Center

Our business center is available during business hours. It is located in the clubhouse above the main office.

Four Private Walkovers to the Beach

Enjoy exclusive access to Crescent Beach with four dedicated and secured walkovers with gated access to Summerhouse.
