This second-story beach condo affords breathtaking views, be it through the noise dampening sliding glass doors on the main level or from the dark wood chairs facing the ocean on the balcony. Guests can open windows or doors to listen to the pounding of the surf, or close them to create a sense of being away from it all.

The home has been tastefully decorated by an interior designer and outfitted with modern amenities, including two flat-screen TVs (with Cable & DVD players), WI-FI internet access, plantation shutters, and indoor or outdoor dining options. The condo also comes with central air and ceiling fans.

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

"We enjoyed our stay with the beautiful ocean view and serene beaches. My only suggestion would be for the owner to stick beach towels, hair dryer and either a keurig or Nespresso coffee maker. We didn’t bring any beach towels so we used the bath towels instead.

305 oceanfront townhouse

"We were able to get the month of March at the last moment due to a cancellation on this unit. Normally we rent flats, so a townhouse was a new experience for us. Although the view is great, we much prefer an oceanfront flat.

"Our November stay in 305 was interrupted by the passage of hurricane Nicole. Wind was tough for 3 days and we feared power outages and flooding of the road, so we went to Georgiafor to nights.
The appartment is well locatie, oceanfront and beach view.

"This property is in a magnificent location and offers a load of things to do if you,'fe interested. The condo is in a great location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Although very clean the couches appear to be of inadequate construction as they are very uncomfortable and the Wifi was not accessible.
With that said the stay was very good.

Wonderful beach view condo

"We stay at summerhouse nearly every year. It is always such a pleasure. Easy accessibility, great property management (even on Christmas) and super easy beach access. #305 has been recently renovated with exceptional furnishings and a new master bath. Working windows with nice shutters, allows you to take advantage of the sea breeze. We will be back to Summerhouse!

"The unit we rented was oceanfront and perfect. Loved sitting on balcony watching the ocean. Clean and comfortable condo and facility. Pools were very well kept. Nice quiet location. We will be back! Highly recommended.

"Great place to stay with family. Only complaint was this condos couch and love seat were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise when you sat or moved on them. Otherwise nice condo. We’ve stayed in SH161 & SH262.

Seven wonderful days at the beach at Summerhouse!

"The condo was beautiful and very clean. Had all the amenities we needed and a wonderful balcony looking out on the beach. The seven day stay was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute there. Enjoyed all the great restaurants, too, especially Commander's Shell house. Hope to get back to Summerhouse again soon.

"We had a great week until the AC went out in the unit at 7pm the final night. Maintenance couldn't fix the unit which didn't surprise me considering the time, but the lack of concern of my families well being by the management was completely unacceptable. A maintenance man said he would contact management about what could be done considering it was over 90 degrees in our condo. He never came back with an answer or fans to try to make the night bearable. When I went to checkout the next morning and talked with Marie, the Manager about some kind of reparation for what we went through for the last 14 hours, she said she would look into it and contact me. It has been almost 3 days and I have not heard from her. From management, maintenance, to the answering service, their empathetic response was completely unacceptable for the amount of money you spend for the unit
