This is a beautiful ocean front 2 bedroom / 2 bath flat has enough to sleep six. . You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs. It is furnished with a queen, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. There are two TV's, VCR, and a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. All tile floors. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

"This year was the best customer service we have had in 10 plus years. We have been coming to Summer House for over 25 years. Noah and Isabella were diligent about resolving any issues we had. Thank you Noah and Isabella! The unit overall was fine, the kitchen needs to be remodeled with new appliances. The unit is advertised to have a Queen bed in the Master, it is in fact a Full Size bed. This was brought to the attention of the Summer House office (Isabella) and she has notified the owners to update the site. There is no reason this unit should not have a King Size bed like many of the other units. Noah went beyond the call of duty assisting our group of 12 units! A huge thank you again to Noah. Noah is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of his job.

"Just like clockwork-from my first visit the staff was wonderful (I live close so I booked/paid in person)to checking in and out same professional young lady-smooth.All my family came to celebrate a major birthday and my upstairs in major renovation and you guys bailed me out.

Unit 207 needs updates

"Our family loves the summerhouse property. We have rented multiple unit between 6-10 units for the past 30 plus years. We love the family atmosphere being able to share family meals , playing cornhole, kids playing on grass very relaxing. The unit 207 needs updating although new TV’s were added the same bedspreads and furniture have been in this unit for most of our years renting. We chose a different unit next year , giving up the oceanfront condo .

Love the location but the kitchen needs updating

"We love Summerhouse and this condo is in a great location within the complex. However the kitchen is in need of updating. The only large burner on the kitchen range only works intermittently. The flatware needs replenishing. We ran out of small spoons every day.
The tvs are really small compared to those in other units. They could also use an upgrade.

Summerhouse unit 207 winter stay 2012

"Good views of the beach from the living room and patio. Weekly parade of gopher turtles crossing the dune in front of the patio. Easy and close access to the beach, parking close to the front door and no steps. Great location but generally in need of some updating. Small TV, squishy seating on worn dining room chairs, wicker chairs and sofa and love seat are not particularly comfortable.
Queen size bed should be a king.
