Condo 203 is newly renovated AND ready for your arrival. If you are looking for a condo with a beachfront balcony, big screen TV, updated bathrooms, supplied basic products and many touches of found it! Watch the sunrise, Dolphins rolling, Tommy the turtle, and hear the surf in this wider 2 BR 2.5 baths oceanfront townhouse. Wake up with your favorite beverage on the oceanfront while on your private balcony. New in 2017 to the Summerhouse rental program, this unit has many extras including comfortable high quality linens, beach mats, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a kitchen fully equipped to make your cook smile. The living room has a new large screen TV! Living room/ dining room also has a queen sofa bed, comfortable chairs, a desk and a dolphin dining table that seats 6 to 8. The Master bedroom has a good size digital TV and a very comfortable king bed, a reading chair plus guest robes in the large walk in closet. The guest room has twin beds with the required elements to make it into a king bed and a digital TV and a great view of sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. High speed internet and unlimited domestic calling on the house phone keep you connected. Books, puzzles and DVD movies are in the unit for guests. Guests here often talk about feeling at home in this fresh, well kept sky blue unit especially with all the extra's "homes have" supplied by owner, so see the unit before going to the grocery store! Reviews and comments are excellent! Come stay at the "Bird's Nest"! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

"The townhouse was just the location we were looking for. It was clean and spacious. We did have problems with the front door keys when we needed to lock or unlock it. The property management company professional said they would have that checked out. The wifi network could not be found, so that may need to be checked on. The kitchen appliances were all in good working order. Living and dining furniture was all very nice. Beds were a too soft for us. The master bath shower was great!

Our stay at the “Bird’s Nest”

"The condo was beautiful, especially the upstairs bathrooms �� We enjoyed all the little extra “essentials” that were stocked at the condo that other properties haven’t had in the past. The view speaks for itself and the beach isn’t overly crowded. We love exploring new places, but if we ever head back to the St. Augustine area, we’ll choose this specific condo again.

"We had a fantastic stay this summer in the Bird's Nest. To our surprise, the oceanfront townhome was much larger than other TH on the property. We had a lovely visit, the amenities were great, and we ended up extended our vacation an additional 3 days. I hope we can here again soon and would recommend the unit and property.

"The condo is well equipped with everything you'd need, from beach towels, to all kitchen items you can think of. There are puzzles for rainy or cool days. The owner is gracious and attentive, and responds quickly to texts. Hard to beat the 4 heated pools, and the inlet within walking distance for the best shelling ever.

A Wonderful Stay

"We have stayed in SH 203 for 3 years and plan to return as often as possible. Lisa has provided almost everything you need to make a stay enjoyable...from all the beach accessories to a first aid kit, a well-stocked kitchen, and the most beautiful view of the ocean. All you really need to bring are clothes, a bathing suit and your toiletries.
