Marineland
Marineland, the world’s first oceanarium, invites you to join us in creating your own lasting memories of our new 1.3 million gallon series of dolphin lagoons. Glide into the dolphins’ aquatic world from a sloping beach to swim with Marineland’s gentle residents.

Fort Matanzas National Monument
Throughout its history, the story of Fort Matanzas has been closely intertwined with that of the city of St. Augustine and the Castillo de San Marcos.

Washington Oaks
The Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River provide the natural boundaries for the 389 acres of coastal scenery that comprise Washington Oaks State Gardens. Ocean waves have washed away the sand, exposing coquina rock and creating a picturesque boulder-strewn beach.

St. Augustine Alligator Farm
Founded in 1893, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm is one of Florida’s oldest zoological attractions. For over a century, it has entertained millions of visitors, lured by the awesome presence of captive reptiles, long regarded in the popular imagination as at once mysterious, dangerous and frightening.

St. Augustine Lighthouse Museum
The Standards for Historic Rehabilitation, set by the Secretary of the Interior, make it clear that historic structures must maintain a high degree of historical accuracy. However, the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum goes the extra mile. Everything from the width of the steps leading to the porches, to the color of the paint on the tin roof that covers the oil house can be found as it was in the late nineteenth century.

Southeast Intracoastal Waterway Park
This St. Johns County park shows a beautiful cross section of coastal natural areas with a wide variety of plants and animals that have learned to adapt and survive the harsh coastal environment.

Anastasia State Park
Anastasia State Park welcomes visitors from all over the world to enjoy the remarkable natural and cultural treasures we steward. At Anastasia you can enjoy camping, nature trails, beach time, water sports, and an archaeological site where coquina rock was mined to create the nearby fortress, Castillo de San Marcos.

Matanzas Inlet
Located 14 miles south of St. Augustine and three miles north of Marineland is a fisherman's paradise.  Matanzas Inlet is one of the few remaining "inlets" in northeast Florida not protected by a jetty.
